Groups can be an excellent way to reduce isolation, enhance connections, foster a sense of belonging, and share information and resources. One of my passions is facilitating groups for pregnant individuals, expecting couples, and new parents.
Connect with a small group of pregnant folks and learn mindfulness techniques, breath work, and other strategies to reduce stress and anxiety. Group meets weekly from 4:30-6:00pm for 6 sessions.
My Postpartum Support group is a 6-week, small group that meets on a weekday morning to provide support, connection, and resources to parents in the first half of the postpartum year who are struggling with adjusting to their "new normal".
