Why group supervision?
Group supervision offers many benefits: alleviating isolation in private practice, affordable supervision hours, mutual support, and learning from/with others. My supervision groups include time for a personal and professional check-in, a focus on intersectionality, and experiential skills development, in addition to a case consultation model that is reflective and relational. Groups are grounded in anti-oppression values and are trauma-informed.
